The District 4, New York Grand of the Knights of St John International held its rescheduled Quarterly Meeting on the 29th day of January, 2023 at the Blessed Sacrament,  St Charles Borromeo in Newark, New Jersey.
In the course of the normal business for the district, new officers were elected and installed.
 At the meeting,  elections were held for officers to pilot the affairs of the District from 2023. The newly elected officers are: Major Don Anigbogu (Commander), Captain Andrew Mowen (1st Vice Commander), Captain Kenneth Uchendu (2nd Vice Commander), 1st Lt Marcel Njoku (Adjutant), 2nd Lt Francis Emedoh (Inspector), 2nd Lt Emmanuel Ibe (Quartermaster), 1st Lt Chukwu Akalegbere (Paymaster). The outgoing officers in attendance were: Major Charles Igwebuike (Commander), Captain Rudolph Weedor (2nd Vice Commander), 1st Lt Lawrence Ibe (Adjutant), 2nd Lt Cyril Amadiegwu (Paymaster), Captain Anthony Anijah (Quartermaster).

The newly installed brothers include brothers Charles T. Gbarre (the Worthy President), Benneth Wreh (the 1st Vice President), James Karuiki (the 2nd Vice President), Aristide Bra (Recording and Corresponding Secretary), Theophilus Sule (Commander), Korvah Massequoi (Treasurer) and Sixtus Amadi (Financial Secretary) among others.

The event which started with a 10 O’clock mass was rounded off with a reception and entertainment of guests that graced the occasion, some of whom are from the Supreme, the Supreme Subordinate, the New York Grand and other Commanderies, like the sister Commandery #680 (Blessed Sacrament, Newark), Commandery 626, New York and Commandery 676, Trenton.

Kenneth Uchendu, 1st Lt Lawrence Ibe, including also Sisters of the LAUX among whom is the Respected President of LAUX Transfiguration Commandery, Sister Miranda Doe
